What makes you so comfortable? Prepare a list of things you like to do to get rid of the stress or at least keep it under control. Listening music, walking,going to your bed and shutting out your eyes for four to five minutes to empty your mind, a hot or cold shower ... could be anything. The things that comfort you are the most powerful weapon against the stress. I know it's easy to say "think positively" but it's a very difficult proposition to do. However, the brain learns things that are repeated all the time. If you try consciously and positively to the problems you face every day, you can automatically start to think positively in the face of problems after a while. This is true in your life, everyone's life is negativity, but there is no solution to the problems of bringing them forward and making you feel bad. First focus on positive spots.
