If you cannot sleep because you eat at midnight, it is not a realistic approach to connect your sleepiness "stress". The food that is eaten 1-2 hours before bed will delay your sleeping time due to the digestive system starting to work. Do not eat or drink anything 2-3 hours before you go to bed. Leave coffee and tea after lunch hours. Instead of processed foods (canned food, fast-food ...), consume fresh fruits, vegetables and vitamins and mineral deposits. Avoid overly fatty and digestible foods at dinner. Drink plenty of water for the day. Consume as little caffeinated beverages as you can which increases stress. Only coffee does not contain caffeine, carbonated drinks (cola ..), green tea, white tea, black tea and many other herbal teas contain caffeine in certain proportions. Do not let yourself be hungry because your blood sugar is getting less and more likely to be stressed. To prevent this, you can eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 large meals a day.
