The miracle vegetable of winter is surely cauliflower and those who want to eat healthy in winter months, should not skip cauliflower. Cauliflower is also a preferable food for vegans. 1 small cauliflower
1 Patato 1 Carrot 2 tea spoon garlic powder
1 sweet spoon red pepper (hot if you prefer)
Salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 oven bag Directions :

Break up the parts of the cauliflower. Slice the patato and the carrot. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put cauliflower parts,patato and carrot slices, garlic powder, salt and pepper into the oven bag. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and shake it well. close the mouth of the bag. Place the bag in the middle rack of the oven and cook for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, check and turn the bag carefully so that the cauliflower parts do not soften too much. When you reach the desired level, the tops will also change color. Either add a hot sauce or red pepper if you prefer to eat hot. You can eat with pleasure.
