This asana is also known as Happy Baby Pose or Dead Bug Pose. Ananda Balasana is a perfect yoga pose for poening your hips as you strech. This pose especially opens your hip joints. Opening hip joint gives you relaxation and better look. It is very easy to settle down in this pose. Lie down on your yoga mat. Lift your both legs from the ground. Bend your legs from your knees in order to reach your toes with your hands. Grip your toes with your hands and strech your legs using your hand. Stay in your pose for 3 to 5 second, then release and relax.
