This Asana is also known as Dancer Pose. Natarajasana is very useful pose for those who wants toned hips and legs. This pose is a complete hip flexer. Lift your right leg behind you and bend it upwards so that your right arm reach it. Grip your right leg with your right hand and streach. After you settle the pose, lift your left hand forward and upward. Then strech your left arm forward. Stay in the pose 3 to 5 seconds and then repeat for your other leg. With this asana, both your inner and outer hip muscles are worked up. Morover your sense of balance on one foot ipmpoves with this useful pose.
