Triangle Pose is second in our list. Better not skip this pose in order to have sexy hips. Start with your legs slightly wider than your shoulder width, standing on your yoga mat for the Trikonasana Pose. Breathe and raise your arms in the direction of your shoulders, with your palms facing down. Rotate your right foot 90 degrees to the right of your finger, breathe and bend slowly towards your right side, without disrupting your pose. You can tilt until your right hand reach the ground, and if you are having difficulty touching the ground, you can move and support it by holding your right foot. At this point your left arm should be straight up. After staying in this posing for a few breaths of shopping, breathe in slowly and gently to the first position, with palms facing down on both arm shoulders. Apply in 2 repeats on the right and left side for 30 seconds. Trikonasana provides relief from excess in the waist and buttocks. It improves the upper part of the hips, improve your sense of balance.
