Start with your legs straight off, with your feet closed, to Utkatasana Pose. Bend your knees gently to tilt your hip area as if you are sitting on a chair. Lift your arms up as you would see them next to your face. Look forward enough to be able to see your toes in front of you, and if you can not see your toes; tilt your hips in the back until you see your toes. Raise your shoulders backwards and look straight ahead.Stay in this position for at least three deep breaths.The chair pose is a very good fat burning exercise that helps strengthen the hip muscles. It also strengthens the spinal zone and prevents cellulite formation.
