You can start the pose by kneeling down on your yoga mat. Leave a width of 5 to 10inches between your knees. (You can put a blanket or a towel under your knees to relax if you feel uncomfortable or have difficulty for posing.) Slowly stand on your knees.Position of your feet and your pelvic boneshould look at the ground . Then, with both hands positioned on both sides of your hips, push your hips forward. The upper body is fixed, you just have to move from the hip. Breathe and take your shoulders back and stretch the upper region of the stomach from the spine upward. Then slowly bring your elbows closer together, bend backwards and stretch your chest up. When breathing, combine both hands with your foot heels. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds every time.Camel Pose streches the spine and chest, opening the chest cage.
